The corporation is organized, and shall be operated, exclusively for religious, educational, charitable purposes, fostering nursing home facilities, non-resident care, board and care homes within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.   

Busara provides, without limitation on a nonprofit basis, nursing home facilities, non-resident care, board and care homes, and services for the accommodation of convalescent or other persons who are note acutely ill and not in need of hospital care, where no adequate housing exists for such groups, pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended.     

The corporation is irrevocably dedicated to and operated exclusively for non profit purposes; and no part of the income or assets of the corporation shall be distributed to, nor inure to the benefit of, any individual.

Busara Gardens will provide a unique environment for residents dementia and alzheimer’s disease that aims to re-connect residents to happy times and in their relationships to others and themselves. We understand the confusion and frustration that memory loss creates in relationships with loved ones. We are commited to provide right now solutions that make a difference in each resident.
